IPI University is established as a framework with resource materials and curriculum creating an environment to enable us to deliver accurate, high quality information to our clients. IPI University includes study guides, bulletins, and testing materials for IPI field and review staff, managers, and customers. Our goal in providing these is to create a shared understanding of property and audit topics, key to the accurate delivery of an industry standard-setting work product.

We have established this key area for IPI to provide education in addition to training for our staff and customers.  We feel we should share these resources across all disciplines for mutual benefit and understanding.

Testing and certification is a key element of IPI University. The study materials provide a common understanding and expertise that we expect from IPI personnel. The tests contained in the IPI certification process are our benchmark to the field representative, managers, and review staff, so that they can exceed customer expectations for our customers.
